A two townhouse Architect designed development on a tight corner site of 310sqm, each comprising 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The clients brief was to maximise the site usage with as much North facing garden courtyard as possible. With two young families to accommodate, a large basement was incorporated into both houses to provide a separate entertainment zone for children. Car stackers were utilised to provide secure off street parking for two cars in each unit with minimal impact on usable space. External finishes make a clear statement and include brick, render and coreten steel cladding. A fully coverable, heated plunge pool was also incorporated into one of the houses.
