Green St, Cremorne
A difficult corner site complete with a heritage overlay was one of the many Town Planning issues that made this project quite a challenge. This Architect designed development comprised two 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom houses with large first floor courtyards and single lockup garages with internal access. The third unit was larger, comprising 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a powder room. A relatively spacious external north facing courtyard with a large sliding door complemented the spacious indoor/outdoor feel. A single garage which also included the laundry and extensive storage and internal access was also incorporated. External finishes, while very modern were chosen to reflect the heritage overlay and included stone cladding, modwood walls and colorbond roofing.
