Alterations and additions to an existing single storey dwelling for the new owners. The dwelling sits within a Design Development Overlay and Neighbourhood Character Overlay, therefore the project included obtaining a planning permit for a design which needed to respect the existing building and surrounds as well as provide for the requirements of the new owners. Alterations included the reconfiguration of spaces to improve usability along with the refurbishment of the tired building generally. The additions allow for the required accommodation needs while seamlessly maintaining the existing building style.
